Piece of Heart
Piece of Heart is a drama CD which was put out after the To Heart anime played on TV. It was released 27 October 1999 and follows Serio at her school. The time of the story is concurrent with the time of the TV series story. We learn what was going on in Serio's school (Saionji Girls High School, same place as Ayaka studies, look at the uniform ^_-) while Multi was at Hikoyuki's school. Through this drama we find that Serio isn't quite as cold and robotic as it appears in the TV series. True, she lacks Multi's emotional capabilities, but it doesn't mean she can't try. As the storyline for the CD goes, Serio learns that a student in her school has a crush on Masashi (Hiroyuki's friend, you remember him ne? ^_^). Serio tries to help them to get together, but because of her inability to be human like, fails. This poses questions which Serio asks herself and it troubles her that she doesn't have a human part to her like Multi does.
This CD has two covers because it was released twice. The original was put out 27 October 1999 by KSS records (KLCA-2019), but quickly pulled out of distribution due to what was apparenly some contract error. The CD was rereleased sometime later, on the 23 August 2000 by King Records. The first cover is shown in the top thumbnail (first pharagraph) and the secon is to the left of this pharagraph. ^_^
