This is a music store but they have a large anime section as well. They stock all kinds of products (NTSC & PAL videos, Jp & English manga, artbooks, magazines, calendars, stickers) and will order in just about anything you request, although this can take a while. They also have online ordering from their website, www.impactrecords.com.au.

Dee's Book & Comic Shop
Lathlain St, Belconnen
This is a small store which sells manga, as well as some wallscrolls and cards (no videos). They are also really good about ordering things in, plus, they're very friendly and helpful and their prices tend to be less than Impact's.
